Starvin' Marvin

Jack didn't stay with us before finding his forever home. While that's great news for him and we're so happy that he has a lovely family to care for him, we do miss him.

But! We didn't get time to be sad for too long! Poor Starvin' Marvin has been with us for almost 2 weeks. He had a really crappy beginning and start to life. When the 'owners' called the shelter, they said he was sick and needed to come get him in 24 hours or they were going to 'put a bullet in his head'. Disgusting.

When he was brought into the Louisville Weimaraner Rescue, he weighed only around 40 lbs. He was so weak he couldn't stand up or feed himself, he was put on iv nutrients.

The vet figures out that he's only around 1.5 years old.
